What happens to your stuff
We're a small local resale business, not a charity. You agree to this by text before we load anything.
- Items you hand us become ours, and we may resell them.
- Usable items we don't resell go to a Central Oregon nonprofit.
- Anything unsellable and undonatable is recycled or disposed of properly.
- Want something to go only to charity? Set it aside and we'll deliver it unopened.
About tax receipts
Items given to our business aren't a charitable donation, so they aren't deductible. For a receipt, ask us to deliver a set-aside bag to the charity for you and we'll bring back the receipt they issue. Your tax preparer can tell you what qualifies.

Estate sale ended with racks of clothing? Tenant left the closets full? One text and we clear the soft goods, usually within 48 hours, free to you and your client. We send a photo when the space is empty.

A Redmond family, not a franchise
We're a husband-and-wife team on the west side of Redmond. We resell clothing online, so we know what deserves another life and what should go to a local nonprofit. Every bag we pick up keeps good clothes in use and out of the landfill.

Before you text
Why is pickup free?
We resell some of what we collect. That covers our time and gas, so small pickups cost you nothing.
Are you with Goodwill or a charity?
No. We're an independent local business. We donate what we don't resell to local nonprofits, but we're not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Do I need to be home?
Not for bagged porch pickups. For closet, garage, storage unit, or estate jobs, someone needs to let us in.
"I only have 2 or 3 bags. Is that worth a trip?"
Text us a photo anyway. If we're already headed your way, or it's the kind of stuff we can resell, we'll often grab it for free. If not, we might suggest holding onto it until you have a few more bags.
"We're moving next week and the closets are packed."
That's a closet cleanout, from $49. Text us your move date and a few photos of the closets. We'll bag everything, and you only point out what's staying with you.
"My mom passed and her closets and dressers are still full."
We're sorry. Text us when you're ready and we'll give you a free quote. We work at your pace, and anything the family wants to keep gets set aside before we bag the rest.
"There's a dresser and a TV in the pile too."
We only take soft goods: clothes, shoes, bags, and linens. We'll take the clothing and point you to a local hauler for the furniture and electronics.
"Our storage unit and garage are full of boxes of clothes."
We do those too. Text us a few photos and the location for a free quote. We take the clothing, shoes, bags, and linens, and we'll point you to a hauler for furniture and everything else.
"I'm out past La Pine / off the map."
We still come out. It's a flat $10 trip fee, and we'll confirm it by text before we book.
"Can I get a donation receipt for my taxes?"
No. We're a business, not a charity, so items given to us aren't tax-deductible. If you need a receipt, drop them at a nonprofit directly.
